In addition to skills, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify have become important marketing platforms for their success. Click numbers have become yardsticks for the relevance of an artist. Some newcomers and seasoned artists are currently being accused of buying views, clicks and streams for their videos and songs. 

Reporter Ilhan Coskun meets a social media expert who shows him how the platforms can be manipulated. Whether that's enough to build a career, Ilhan wants to find out for himself and produces a song, makes a music video, creates appropriate social media accounts and pushes them.
